What is Cellulite?

6. Smoking - Here is another reason you should quit smoking. Smoking promotes cellulite by damaging the connective tissue in your body. This causes a dimpled effect in cellulite.

Although, there are many causes of cellulite, there are also several treatment options for reducing cellulite that help in getting rid of cellulite effectively. Following a sensible diet and exercise routine is essential to keep your muscles toned, skin tight, fat deposits down, and your hormones balanced. Also wear loose fitting undergarments to prevent the formation of cellulite due to tight elastic.
